Nice
I before used the German language App, but bought this because of the body scan guided meditation. For my sence of scanning it is way to fast. It only gives you 21 min to scan, and the female voice is rushing through the bodyparts. It wozld be great to have a choice of lengthen the body scan up to 45 min. Love the lake and mountain med. Very nead.
Update the app plz!
I installed the app and LOVED it with the reminders and all the wonderful options for me to incorporate mindfulness practices in my life. Then iOS did an update, and now the app wont even open :( I loved the app, but this was why I only gave it a 3... Please update the app!!
Buggy!!!
I was really excited about using the random mindfulness reminders throughout the day. They just dont work. They shut off for no reason or send 20 at one time. Very disappointing.
Frustrating
I too just downloaded this app. I wanted to use it for the reminders and I cant get them to stay on. They dont work.
Mindfulness:
As a graduate of the Umass MBSR program I have found this app to be a wonderful tool. Having tried them all this series of apps was best for me.
